We offer free local pickup for all floral and gift orders from our downtown plaza Sonoma location. If ordering after our shop closes, please allow 2 hours after we open for order processing. Choose your preferred pickup time during checkout.
Local Delivery to the Sonoma Valley
Our delivery drivers deliver flowers and gifts all over the greater Sonoma Valley area every week from Monday-Saturday. Delivery charges vary based on distance from our Sonoma shop location. If your recipient's zip code qualifies for delivery at checkout, applicable delivery charges will apply. If you would like us to deliver to the greater Sonoma area, but your zip code is not showing as available, please call the shop at XXX
Delivery outside Sonoma
All gift boxes and gift shop items are shipped domestically and internationally. Choose between UPS or USPS shipping at checkout. Fresh flowers are not included in our shipments. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Contact us at XXX with any inquiries.

Floral Order Guarantee
All floral designs are guaranteed. Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of pickup or delivery, with an emailed photo of the original arrangement required for identification of any issues. Contact our concierge at hello@masionmallarme.florist

Purchases made in store with us at our Sonoma shop are eligible for
store credit within 30 days of the original purchase. Items must be
